Super nice and large room with balcony in an apartment to sublet starting 01.02.2025 until September (with option to prolong afterwards). We are 5 roommates and are all between the ages of 20-30
> some of us are studying and some of us are working. The apartment additionally has a living room, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, another balcony and an office space. It's located near Chauderon and has really nice and practical access to public transportation and the city. I am leaving for some time and that is why I am subletting the place - let me know if you are interested and tell me a bit about yourself to see if we can meet up for a visit in the upcoming weeks.

Il est situé près de Chauderon et dispose d'un accès pratique et agréable aux transports publics et à la ville.
