Nous recherchons quelqu’un entre 20 et 30 ans, prêt à devenir co‑locataire avec Ethan, donc idéalement pour une longue durée.

Possibilité de reprendre le lit (sans matelas).

Loyer : 980.- + wifi (16.- / mois) et électricité (tous les 3 mois), à partager entre colocataires.

The neighborhood is very convenient: Lidl, Aldi and Coop Caroline nearby, and the metro one minute away. Easy access to UNIL and EPFL by public transport, and the city center is within walking distance.

The building has a laundry room, an elevator and a cellar.We are looking for someone between 20 and 30 years old, ready to become a co‑tenant, ideally for a long‑term stay.

Possibility to take over the bed (without mattress).

Rent: 980.- + wifi (16.- / month) and electricity (every 3 months), shared between flatmates.
