The room, the flat and the complex of buildings are very modern. The bedroom has a huge window which lets in a lot of sunlight during the day. Each room has its own private bathroom, the one that comes with the room has a shower. The house is well insulated from noise (no issues with the train station nearby) and from cold/heat outside. The flat is shared with another guy, Piotr, from Poland, who works in Zurich and sometimes remotely from home. The new tenant will replace me in the joint rental contract with Piotr.

The house has modern appliances, including electrically-controlled shutters, 4 cookers, a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine and a dryer (note: there are also available shared washing machines and dryers in the basement). There is plenty of space overall for personal belongings: big wardrobes at the entrance, shelves, spacious drawers and cupboards in the kitchen and a private basement.

Neighbours and the area overall are very quiet. From the apartment it is possible to reach the Wallisellen train station without going out to the street, via a passage to the garage (very quick and convenient when it rains). The agency owning the apartment (Sidenzia) is very responsive to queries and has offices on the 1st floor, so it is easy to go speak with them in person if needed.
It is possible to reach Zurich HB in ~9 minutes by train, Enge in ~15 minutes by train, the airport in ~20 minutes by tram/bus and Glattzentrum in ~10 minutes on foot.

The apartment has excellent Swisscom 5G coverage (~2/300 Mbps download) and a cabled WiFi internet connection.

The bedroom furniture shown in the pictures is not included.

Move-in date: 1st August 2024.

The monthly rent is divided in equal parts between the two flatmates: 2861 CHF /2 = 1430.50 CHF.
The electricity and internet bills are not included in the monthly rental price.
Deposit: ~4050 CHF.
