We're looking for a friendly and easygoing person to join our 4-person flatshare (WG) in a modern 5.5-room apartment on the 8th floor. The apartment is super central – right next to Hardbrücke train station – and has almost 140 m² of space, with lots of light and an open layout.


About the apartment:


* 5.5-room apartment with approx. 140 m²
* Small terrace for relaxed summer evenings 🌇
* Private washing machine and dryer in the flat
* Dishwasher available
* Bike storage and a private cellar for extra space
* Spacious, bright living room with lots of natural light


About us:

We're currently three working professionals from Switzerland, Spain, and the Netherlands – all around 28 years old. Our WG vibe is relaxed, respectful, and easygoing.


Who we’re looking for:

Ideally, you’re between 25 and 35, young at heart, clean, and working full-time. You enjoy living in a shared flat and are happy to contribute to everyday life.
It would be nice if you're occasionally up for a shared dinner or a drink after work – but no pressure! We also really value everyone having their own space and time to recharge.

Wir suchen eine freundliche und unkomplizierte Person für unsere 4er-WG in einer modernen 5.5-Zimmerwohnung im 8. Stock. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral – direkt beim Bahnhof Hardbrücke – und ist knapp 140 m² gross, hell und offen gestaltet.

Zu uns:

Wir sind aktuell drei berufstätige Personen aus der Schweiz, Spanien und Holland – alle um die 28 Jahre alt. Das WG-Leben ist bei uns locker, respektvoll und unkompliziert.


Wen wir suchen:

Idealerweise bist du zwischen 25 und 35 Jahre alt, junggeblieben, berufstätig und achtest auf Sauberkeit. Du solltest Lust haben, dich ins WG-Leben einzubringen und das Zusammenleben mitzugestalten.
Es wäre schön, wenn du ab und zu spontan Lust auf einen gemeinsamen Abend hast oder ein Feierabendbier. Das ist aber natürlich kein Muss – uns ist genauso wichtig, dass jeder seinen eigenen Raum und Rückzugsort hat.
