I am leaving my room in our wonderful apartment located at Mutschellenstrasse 61, Zürich, in a beautiful classic-style renovated building. We are looking for someone to take over the room starting in early January 2026. The apartment is spacious, bright, well-equipped, and features a rooftop terrace accessible to all residents. It is a shared flat with three people in total, all students in Zürich.
The apartment includes a comfortable common living area, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, multifunction oven), a bathroom with a washing machine, and a separate toilet. The room has already some furnitures (see picture) and comes with a large double bed.

The location is ideal: 15–20 minutes from the city center, 25 minutes from the university campus (UZH, ETHZ), and 10 minutes from the lakeside.

The monthly rent is 1227 CHF.
