Bright room in a shared 3-person apartment available immediately (fixed term for 1 year, with option to extend)

Location: Quiet and beautiful area with Migros, Denner, Coop, pharmacy, kiosk, bakery and much more practically right outside the door. We are located directly next to the bus and tram stop “Zürich, Morgental” (Tram 7, Bus 72 & 66). You can reach the main station in 10 minutes by train (20 minutes by tram). The lake is an 8-minute walk away.

About your flatmates:
We are two cheerful, open and reliable women. Amica (25) studied electrical engineering at ETH and is now working as a consultant in Zurich. Elena (25) studied biomedical engineering in Italy and moved to Zurich a year ago; she currently works in the biotech industry.

We’re always up for a cosy chat in the kitchen, but we can also retreat to our rooms at any time. We value communication and respect each other’s privacy, while always being there for one another. 😊

About you:
You are in your twenties. You are open, communicative and have a sense of humour, and you enjoy being part of shared-flat life. At the same time, you can stick to simple flat rules and know how to use a cleaning cloth. 😄

Price: 800 CHF (incl. utilities).
Additional costs you should expect include the Serafe fee, EWZ fee, and household items (e.g., Züri-sacks), which we divide between the three of us.
