Looking for a female flatmate for a 20m² room in Bern

Ideally located just 3 tram stops from Bern’s main train station, or a 15-minute walk.

The apartment is modern, quiet, bright, and spacious. I’m looking preferably for a calm and easy-going woman to sublet one of my 20m² rooms as a bedroom, available from September 1st, 2025.

We would share the bathroom, entrance hall, and kitchen. The total apartment size is 67m².

• CHF 870 per month (sublet), charges included, with internet.

Requirements:

• 3 months deposit
• Swiss guarantor or your last 3 payslips
• Copy of your personal liability insurance

I’m a cheerful and calm person who values clean and tidy spaces. I currently work from home 2.5 days a week. This apartment was love at first sight, and I’d be happy to share my peaceful haven with you.
