Lower floor:

• 2 bathrooms
• Your own private balcony – perfect for morning coffee or evening wind-down


Upper floor (where your bedroom is):
• 1 bedroom
• A spacious living room
• Fully equipped island kitchen (great for foodies!)
• Shared balcony for sun and fresh air



You’ll also have access to:
• A private laundry room with brand-new washing and drying machines
• Basement storage
• Direct access to Aldi from the -1 floor of the building, making groceries fast and way cheaper🚪
• Coop in 4 minutes, Oerlikon station in 7 minutes 🚶

• Located on the upper floor
• Can come fully furnished, with the option to buy some of the furniture if you’d like
