Die Wohnung ist in einer super Lage am Max-Bill-Platz und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht: Wischsaugroboter, Blender, Dyson Staubsauger, Nintendo Switch, Oled TV, Sprossenwand mit Klimmzugstange, Fiber Internet, Sonos Speaker…

Das Zimmer verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon einem eigenen Bad mit WC, Badewanne und wird voll ausgestattet vermietet.

Zu meiner Person: Ich heisse Damir, arbeite in der Finanzindustrie, bin 35 Jahre alt, koche gerne, bin viel am Reisen und treibe viel Sport (Yoga, Gym, Triathlon, Ski, you name it).

In der Miete ist alles inkludiert (Strom, Internet, Möbel, Serafe)

Ich suche nach einer gleichgesinnten und ordentlichen Person. (Nichtraucher)

The room comes with its own balcony and a private bathroom with a toilet, bathtub and is fully furnished.
A bit about me: My name is Damir, I work in the finance industry, I'm 35 years old, enjoy cooking, love to travel, and I'm active in sports (yoga, gym, triathlon, skiing, you name it).
