* Bright and friendly atmosphere
* Direct access to the large balcony


The Apartment:



* Spacious 4.5-room apartment with modern amenities
* Common areas: living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms
* In addition to the small balcony, a large balcony that opens into the private courtyard.

Convenient:
We have a cleaning lady who comes every two weeks and cleans the common areas. This leaves more time for the finer things in life!
