Hi, my name is Oscar. I'm from Berlin, but I speak fluent Spanish, EngIish and soon Portuguese.
The flat is available from today until the 31st of March (maybe longer), because they are renovating the house. And I would like to find someone to share the flat by the 1st of December or earlier.

The apartment is small, but nice and very central. It's on the ground floor, but it's a very calm street. There is a small courtyard which is shared only by one neighbour. The room has a mattress, but is not yet furnished. The rest of the flat has the basic necessities.

About myself: I love sports and live a very active life with lots of hobbies and projects. I appreciate time for myself, but I'm also a social person and would like to find someone to get along with, maybe cook sometimes together or do something if it fits in our lifes.
