I am looking for a flatmate for my beautiful apartment in Niederdorf (Mühlegasse, Kreis 1), the very center of Zurich (2 min walk to Limmat and 10 min to Hauptbahnhof, very close to the universities). The apartment is located on the first floor, is roughly 90m2, with a beautiful old wooden floor, a spacious open kitchen living room, bathroom (with a washer and dryer) and a separate WC. My old flatmate took the table and chairs when she moved out - new furniture to come ;)

Your room is approx. 12m2 and faces the courtyard. The room is unfurnished and has a built-in closet. Your rent would be cheaper because the room is smaller: CHF 1800 incl. everything (electricity, heating, water, Wifi). The room is available as of 1 May.

You will have only one flatmate (me). I am Alex (34 y/o, male) from Germany, working as a legal counsel. I am quite easy-going, love sports (gym, yoga and walks), enjoy cooking and the occasional glass of wine. I am looking for a considerate and sociable young(-ish) professional - bonus points for being fun, reliable, having common sense and an eye for interior decoration as well as open to plan some activities together.

Hi, ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Mitbewohner/in für meine schöne Wohnung im Niederdorf (Mühlegasse, Kreis 1). Die Wohnung ist in einem Altbau, sehr zentral gelegen (2 min zu Fuss zur Limmat, 10 min zum HB, ein Katzensprung zu den Unis), im ersten Stock. Sie ist ca 90m2 gross, hat einen sehr wunderbaren Holzboden, eine grosse Wohnküche (neue Möbel kommen noch), ein grosses Bad mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, sowie separatem WC.

Dein Zimmer ist ca. 12m2 gross, hat einen Ausblick auf einen grünen Innenhof mit Brunnen, unmöbliert, aber mit einem geräumigen Einbauschrank. Deine Miete ist günstiger, weil das Zimmer kleiner ist: CHF 1800 inkl. aller Nebenkosten (Wasser, Strom, Heizung, Wlan). Das Zimmer ist ab 1. Mai frei.

Ich werde dein einziger Mitbewohner sein. Ich bin Alex, 34 Jahre alt aus Deutschland und arbeite als Legal Counsel. Ich bin ziemlich entspannt, mache viel Sport (Gym, Yoga und Spazieren), koche gerne und trinke auch gerne ein Glas Wein oder Bier. Ich suche nach einem rücksichtsvollen und geselligen Mitbewohner im Berufsleben - Pluspunkte gibt es, wenn du zuverlässig, witzig bist, einen gesunden Menschenverstand hast, ein wenig Inspiration für Inneneinrichtung mitbringst und auch gerne mal gemeinsam etwas unternimmst.
