Hi liebe/r Interessent/e
Ich verlasse bedauernd unsere WG und suche eine Person die mein Zimmmer temporär übernehmen würde. Das Zimmer wäre ab dem 13.01.2026 verfügbar und kann bis zum 13.02.2026 bezogen werden. Danach wird die WG aufgelöst und unser Hauptmieter übernimmt die Wohnung mit seiner Partnerin.
Die Lage ist hervorragend. Man ist innert 30min im Stadtzentrum und in 10min am ETH Höngg Kampus. Zudem haben wir einen kleinen Wald inkl. See direkt hinter der Wohnung. Dieser eignet sich perfekt für einen Spaziergang oder Jogging begeisterte.
Du würdest die WG mit 3 anderen Personen teilen.
Matthias (28) absolviert einen PhD in Computer Sciences
Philipp (25) absolviert einen PhD in Quantenphysik
Und Kordian (31) hat ein eigenes Startup gegründet
Die 3 sind allesamt immer für ein lustiges Gespräch offen, sind aber in der Regel eher beschäftigt und viel unterwegs.
Wichtiger Hinweis: Ich werde die Möbel die abgebildet sind mitnehmen. Das Zimmer wird zu deinem EInzug nur mit einem Bett ausgestattet sein.

Dear interested party

I am leaving our shared flat heavyheartedly and am seeking someone to take over my room temporarily. The room will be available from January 13, 2026, and can be occupied until February 13, 2026. After that, the shared apartment will be dissolved and our main tenant will take over the apartment with his partner.

The location is excellent. You can reach the city center in 30 minutes and the ETH Höngg campus in 10 minutes. We also have a small forest with a lake right behind the apartment. It's perfect for those who enjoy walking or jogging.

You would be sharing the flat with 3 other people.
Matthias (28) is completing a PhD in computer sciences.
Philipp (25) is completing a PhD in quantum physics.
And Kordian (31) has founded his own start-up.
All 3 are always open to a fun conversation, but are usually quite busy and on the go a lot.

Important note: I will take the furniture shown in the picture with me. The room will only be furnished with a bed when you move in.
