There will be a room free in our 3 bedroom shared flat/WG from the 1st April 2025. The flat is brilliantly located: 10 minutes walk from the main train station, 3 mins from the nearest supermarket, 5 mins from the Limmat, and surrounded by a variety of bars and restaurants!
You would share the flat with Daniil and Célia. Daniil (28) works as an engineer in Winterthur, while Célia (27) is a PhD researcher in TO FILL IN BY CELIA. We’re looking for someone around our age, who is similarly easy going, happy to socialise from time to time, but also respects the privacy of the other flatmates and tidiness of the flat! We speak English together.

The price of the room is 898 CHF a month. This does not include bills, but bills are very reasonable, generally around 30 CHF a month. The room is 12.4 m² and there is no living room in the flat, which is why the price is affordable. We find it well worth the money anyway! The room is located on the 4th floor, so is also very bright during the day.

There is a dishwasher and microwave in the kitchen, and a shared washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement.

According to landlord requirements you must have a stable income. Our current flatmate will also be selling all the furniture in the room at a reasonable price, this includes a bed, mattress, wardrobe, large desk, desk chair, and a share of our vacuum, so bonus points if you are looking for a place with furniture included!
