Hello! I’m an artistic researcher looking for a roommate starting 01.04.2026.The flat is 3.5 rooms, the room is fully furnished, and there is a washing machine and dryer in the basement. The rent includes electricity, water, and heating (internet is not included). A one-month rent deposit is required. The flat locate 1 min walk to Ueberlandpark tram station.

Important information:
Our current flat will be demolished after 31.05.2026. After that, we will move to a new apartment located at Bergacker 17 (8046 Zürich).
