Because I am moving in with my partner, I am advertising a ~14 m2 room in a flatshare in Zürich Oerlikon.

The apartment has very spacious community areas (living room and kitchen), two bathrooms (each with a shower), a balcony and two shared rooftop terraces. Community areas and bathrooms are cleaned once a week by a cleaning team. Each tenant has his own fridge and kitchen cabinets. The room is furnished as on the photos (except for the TV table). Your flat mates will be four male students currently enrolled in Master programs at ETH/UZH.

The rent will initially be limited to one year.

In general the area is relatively quiet and well connected by tram to the universities (~20 min) and the airport (~10 min). Migros/Coop/Aldi, fitness and bouldering gyms as well as park areas are within short walking distance.
