The room comes with a double bed, clothes rack, chest of drawers, night table, desk and chair.

All bills (water, heating, electricity, gas, internet, Serafe) are included. Cleaning of the common areas two times a month is also included.

Rest of the house: The kitchen is equipped with all dishes, pots & pans, toaster and waterboiler, and dishwasher.

All main shops are close and there are multiple buses and trams right next to the apartment that take you into the city in no time.

Washing machine and tumbler are in the cellar.
