The available room is inside a traditional apartment with the following shared spaces/amenities: bathroom with a tub, kitchen with a dishwasher, small balcony, and a laundry room in the basement for your exclusive use.

The minimum lease term is 3 months (longer term is preferred), but a fix term of up to 12 months is possible. The rent is 1'225 and includes all ancillary costs (heat, electricity, internet, etc.). The room is fully furnished and includes a bed, a desk and shelve space. The move in date is sep 1.
