The furniture includes a bed, desk, office chair, clothes rack, and storage shelf. The additional costs for electricity and heating are not fully included in the rent. Only the fixed costs (advance payment and deposit for heating, electricity, and internet) are included in the rent. The rest are paid in a yearly deposit that is shared equally among all subtennants (equated to approx. 40 month). This amount will be returned after the apartment (and room) has been left in good condition and without damage.
The apartment is fully functional and can be used without restriction. The shared areas are the bathroom, toilet, living and dining room, kitchen, foyer, and balcony. There is also a washing machine and dryer, which can be used without restriction by the entire household.
The apartment is shared with 3 roommates. They are 3 sociable students studying for bachelor's and master's degrees. The house comprises 3 apartments, all of which are occupied by students. A student subtenant would therefore fit in very well with this group.
The university is about a 10-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there is a Migros, a Denner, a Spar, and the Langgasse and Rosenheimstrasse bus stops (lines 3, 4, and 6). There is also a large Migros supermarket within a 3-minute walking distance. There are also many restaurants and service providers (such as drycleaner) in this area.
