Die Wohnung ist einfach zu gross, um wahr zu sein. Deshalb vermiete ich ein bis zwei Zimmer. Bisher wohnen in der traumhaften Wohnung auf 2 Stockwerken: meine zwei erwachsenen Söhne (19 und 22 Jahre alt), mein Labradormischlingshund und ich. Wir sind eher eine Zwecks-WG.

Es gibt zwei Zimmer zur Auswahl, ich vermiete vorzugsweise an eine Einzelperson. Ich vermiete auch als Übergangslösung und es kann auch möbliert gemietet werden. Grosser Garten, Terrasse, Küche, Wohnzimmer, Dusche zur Mitbenutzung. Wc zur Alleinnutzung. ÖV und Wald in nächster Nähe. Im Preis ist alles inbegriffen Strom, WLAN, Wäsche, Serafe. Preis: 780.-

1-2 rooms for rent in Zollikofen (only 10min from Bern main station)

The flat is just too big to be true. That is why I am renting out one or two rooms. So far, my two grown-up sons (19 and 21 years old), my Labrador mixture dog and I live in the gorgeous flat on two floors. 

There are two rooms to choose from, I prefer to rent to one person. It can also be rented furnished or for limited time. Large garden, terrace, kitchen, living room, shower for shared use. Private Toilet. Public transport and forest nearby. Included in the price: electricity, Wifi, laundry, mandatory TV/Radio fee. 780 CHF.
