Hey! Bei uns wird ein Zimmer frei.

Deutsch:
Dein Zimmer ist 13qm gross, hat Parkettboden, kostet 650.- inklusive Nebenkosten und ist ab dem 01.10.2025 frei. (Je nachdem geht auch schon ab September.)
Unsere Wohnung hat ein grosses und gemütliches Wohnzimmer, eine Terrasse mit viel Platz, eine Küche mit Durchreiche, ein Bad mit zwei Waschbecken und Badewanne und ein kleineres WC. Im Keller kannst du dein Velo abstellen und in unserem Abteil hast du zusätzlich Stauraum.
Auf direktem Weg bist du zu Fuss in 10 min beim Bhf. Schlieren (nicht der Weg, den Google Maps vorschlägt). Ebenso schnell bist du beim Coop, Migros und Denner, beim Fitness Center oder an der idyllischen Limmat.

Wir sind Léna und Elischa.
Léna ist 23, spricht Französisch & Englisch und lebt seit einem Jahr in der Schweiz. Sie studiert Fine Arts an der ZHdK und ist ein Fan von Theatercabaret und Burlesque-Tanzshows, trägt immer bunte Outfits und kocht gerne komplizierte neue Rezepte.
Elischa ist 31, spricht Schweizerdeutsch & Englisch und hat die letzten 8 Jahre in Basel gelebt. Er studiert auch Fine Arts an der ZHdK und hat davor in der Metallwerkstatt der Kunstgiesserei Münchenstein gearbeitet. Er schaut sich gerne Dokus über Weltraumsonden an, schläft beim Lesen von Sachbüchern ein oder bastelt in der Werkstatt an einer Pyro-Show rum.

Wir suchen eine offene und unkomplizierte Person, die das gemütliche und rücksichtsvolle Zusammenleben in unserer 3er WG schätzt. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl miteinander und reden gerne, sind aber auch viel unterwegs und lassen einander den Freiraum, den wir brauchen. Am besten gefällt es uns, wenn wir unsere Wohnung grad frisch geputzt haben und alles duftet und glänzt.
Da Nando (unser Hauptmieter) auszieht, suchen wir eine Person mit stabilem Einkommen die zusammen mit Elischa den Mietvertrag übernehmen möchte. Da wir aktuell beide Vollzeit studieren, können wir das nicht alleine.

Your room is 13 sqm, has parquet flooring, costs 650 CHF including utilities, and is available from October 1st, 2025. (Depending on the situation, it might be available from September.) Our apartment has a large and cozy living room, a spacious terrace, a kitchen with a pass-through window, a bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub, and a smaller guest toilet. In the basement, you can store your bike, and in our storage compartment, you have additional storage space.
Walking directly, you can reach Schlieren train station in 10 minutes (not the route Google Maps suggests). You can just as quickly reach Coop, Migros and Denner, the fitness center, or the idyllic Limmat river.

We are Léna and Elischa.
Léna is 23, speaks French & English, and has been living in Switzerland for a year now. She studies Fine Arts at ZHdK and is a fan of theater cabaret and burlesque dance shows, always wearing colorful outfits, and likes to cook complicated new recipes.
Elischa is 31, speaks Swiss German & English, and has lived in Basel for the past 8 years. He also studies Fine Arts at ZHdK and previously worked in the metal workshop at Kunstgiesserei Münchenstein. He enjoys watching documentaries about space probes, falls asleep while reading non-fiction books, or tinkers with pyrotechnic shows in the workshop.

We're looking for an open-minded and uncomplicated person who appreciates the cozy and considerate living together in our 3-person shared apartment. We feel very comfortable with each other and like to talk, but we're also often out and about and give each other the space we need. We like it best when we've just cleaned our apartment and everything smells fresh and sparkles.
Since Nando (our main tenant) is moving out, we're looking for a person with a stable income who would like to take over the lease together with Elischa. Since we're both currently studying full-time, we can't do this alone.
