Wanted: A new flat mate for shared flat in Länggasse.

I`ve been living in shared flats for quite a few years now, because I enjoy having a chat and a snack, some coffee or whine or preparing a meal together, in a nutshell, I enjoy having human beings around. In everyday life, I might be or not be around for dinner, hence, you`ll have company and times with the apartment just to yourself. I speak standard German, English, Spanish and French, I love culture (everything about it: museums, books, films, theatre, music and dance) and sports (yoga and dancing) and I`m both silly and serious ;)

If you are sociable, open-minded and need winding down and retreating to your private space as well, I guess the new word is “ambiverted”, are responsible, tidy and willing to share the chores, we might match!

Your room: 18 square meters, wooden floor, door to the balcony and bathroom, built-in wardrobe, bright and quiet.

Shared spaces: kitchen with dish washer, living room, sunny balcony, bathroom with bathtub plus basement compartment, laundry room and washing machine.

Where: at a 7 minute walk from the train station, 2 mins to the next supermarket, 0 to the next bus stop, 8 to the woods; bars, restaurants and the University of Berne right around the corner.

Costs: 890 CHF (730 rent+160 internet and advance payment for heating and water) plus varying extra costs for electricity. Deposit: 1000 CHF.
