Zimmer in 2er-WG (3.5-Zimmer-Wohnung) für mind. 1 Jahr oder länger

Ab 1.Februar 2026 wird ein Zimmer in unserer WG direkt beim Röschibachplatz in Zürich Wipkingen frei. Ich suche ein:e entspannte:n Mitbewohner:in, die/der gerne lacht, Wert auf ein schönes Zuhause legt, aber auch oft unterwegs ist.

Reine Zweck-WGs mag ich nicht; mit meiner/m Mitbewohner:in teile ich gerne den Alltag, schöne Stories und gutes Essen. Zu einem spontanen Bier im Nordbrüggli mit Freunden und einem Schwumm in der Limmat sage ich selten Nein. Trotzdem schätze & respektiere ich Privatsphäre, individuelle Bedürfnisse sowie Ruhe sehr.

Du solltest eine offene und soziale Einstellung, WG-Erfahrung sowie ein gesundes Mass an Sauberkeit mitbringen. Um unsere alljährliche WG-Party wirst du außerdem nicht rumkommen ;)

Als 37-jährige Psychotherapeutin/Doktorandin aus Zürich bin ich sehr oft in der Schweiz und im Ausland unterwegs, liebe das aktive, unkonventionelle Leben und fühle mich zwischen dem Aus- und wieder Einpacken sehr zu Hause an der Kyburgstrasse und im Quartier.

Unsere 3.5-Zimmer Wohnung
ist ca 65m² gross, an perfekter Lage (ruhig und doch sehr zentral) und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer sowie moderne Küche und Bad/WC.

Dein Zimmer
ist möbliert (Schrank, Bett, Kleiderstange, Kommode), 17m² gross, sehr hell (Fenster gegen Süden) und hat einen hellen Parkettboden.

Kosten: CHF 1275.-/ Monat, (exkl. Stromkosten, ca. 45 CHF alle 3 Monate)
Kaution/Depot: CHF 1750.-

Room in 2-Person Flatshare (3.5-Room Apartment) for at least 1 year or longer

From 1 February 2026, a room in our shared flat right by Röschibachplatz in Zürich Wipkingen will become available. I’m looking for a relaxed flatmate who enjoys laughing, appreciates a cozy and beautiful home, but is also often out and about.

I’m not a fan of purely functional flatshares; I enjoy sharing everyday life, good stories, and good food with my flatmate. I rarely say no to a spontaneous beer at Nordbrüggli with friends or a swim in the Limmat. At the same time, I highly value and respect privacy, individual needs, and quiet time.

You should have an open and social mindset, some flatshare experience, and a healthy sense of cleanliness. And you won’t be able to avoid our annual WG party ;)
