- Rental Period: September 2024 – December 2024 (with a possibility of extension)
- Monthly Rent: 1500 CHF per room

The villa offers two medium-sized, private bedrooms on the second floor, both with charming windows:
- Room 4: Single bedroom
- Room 5: Single bedroom

The bathroom and restroom are shared but lockable for your private use.

You’ll also have access to our shared living room, breakfast/work area, and a refrigerator to store your essentials.

Amenities:
- Access to the living room, garden, and summer terrace for a relaxed stay
- Free parking for one car (additional parking available for 20 CHF per day)
