Located in Klusweg 20, Zurich, our villa is a vintage piece meaning it is a bit old but it has super cool spaces and a lot of potential, it has a various living rooms, two dining rooms, an oversized kitchen, 10 cozy rooms, a convenient washing room, wine cellar, winter garden, a pool for those days in summer, and a beautiful city and lake view.

The pool needs minor preparation, we will all collaborate for it so we can enjoy it during the summer.

Room Availability:
We're offering two separate unfurnished rooms for rent, with shared access to a well-appointed bathroom exclusively for these 2 rooms. No other residents will use this bathroom.The bathroom will be shared between these 2 bedrooms.

Rent price: 1500 CHF monthly, each room. Exclusive of expenses the cost of monthly expenses has been calculated and is around 250 CHF per person per month.

Since the Kitchen is the place we will all be sharing, we expect tidiness and a clean space after each one of us cooks so the next roommate can enjoy the kitchen without any discomfort. We hope this is also something you appreciate and understand.

Permanent pets aren't allowed due to one of us regular pet sitting commitments, it will be common to have dogs in the house for short and long stays.

Moving date would be May 1st 2024, and our journey in the villa will finalise in December 2026.
