Hello, we are Pierre-Erik (32, SE/CH) and Aurora (27, IT). We live in an awesome WG but sadly two of our roommates are leaving us.
We are very openminded and social people who like do activities together such as cook, hiking, Böttle, Poker, boardgames, archery and a lot of other activities.
We are looking for openminded, clean, respectful and social guys or girls to join our WG, ideal in the age of 20-35, who are looking for having a great time but also move forward in their live. If you feel this could be you then we are looking forward to hear from you.
The apartment is completely newly renovated. Everything, from floor to kitchen to bathroom. I have optimized it to create a great atmosphere for a WG. The kitchen also has the latest technologies which makes for a great cooking experience. There is two toilets, one with a shower and one with a bath. Laundry machine and dryer are also in the apartment but concealed so almost no noise comes thru. There is also a new lift that goes up to our floor which is th 4th. And being on the 4th floor is great because we have two balcony’s. One smaller in the kitchen and one big one with a great view and couch. But to get to the big one has to go thrue my room, however everyone has access to it as long as I am awake. 😊 Also, we don’t have a TV but a projector since we very rarely watch anything. The apartment is in total 141 sq.m. big, where 75 sq.m. are shared.
The apartment is located 3 min by foot from the train station in Dietikon. From here you are close to everything. Because we live close to the center you have the stores, gyms and other facility’s within walking distance. Otherwise its 15 min by tram/buss to the biggest shopping center around Zurich, and 15 min to Zurich HB with departure every 15 min at least. And it’s a 4 min walk to the Limmat, which is perfect for Böttle (Rubberboat drifting) during the summer as it’s the last stop to go out. Short said, it’s hard to find a better location.
The two rooms available are 14 and 16 sq.m. The smaller one has a modern sink installed behind the door making it easier to do cosmetics or brush teeth. The bigger one is equipped with a double bed, which is suitable if you have a partner coming over the weekends.
The rooms both have a large window, built in storage and come with a desk and chair. You are free to decorate in the room however you want as long as you are able to restore it when moving out. Internet, heat and everything else is also included in the rent. The rent for the small room is 850 CHF and 980 for the larger one.
