Hello! My flatmates are leaving unfortunately at the same time and 2 rooms in the flat are freeing up. The flat is a duplex right next to the Grossmünster, has a huge shared garden which is lovely in summer with a view on the church. In the whole apartment the ceilings are very high (3m) and the windows are also large, making it quite bright. There is a modern closed kitchen, and 2 modern bathrooms. There is also a separate laundry room with washer/dryer just for us, which is convenient as it can act as a pantry and clothes drying area. The apartment was renovated in 2022.

The two rooms are slightly different: one is smaller, around 12m2, and costs 1410 chf/month (without electricity and internet). The other is larger, 18m2, has 2 windows, and costs 1650chf/month (without electricity and internet).

There is also the option of splitting the apartment just with me which would costs 2300chf/month and you can have the
larger room and we can share the smaller one as an office for example.

You would be living with me, a 28F engineer. I speak English, French fluently and some other languages not so fluently. I am quite active and don’t spend so much time in the apartment, nor do I cook so much. I like to invite friends over from time to time, and otherwise enjoy a peaceful and clean apartment and having tea or coffee with flatmates. There are no rules really, so if you want things to be a certain way, I think we are all adults and should be able to communicate and reach a good compromise.
