Der Schreibtisch und Kommode sind optional, Bett und Schrank nicht.

Ebenfalls befindet sich die Wohnung an top Lage mit super ÖV-Anbindung (Tram & Bushaltestelle Helvetiaplatz in 3 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar) und im lebhaften Wiedikon, das sehr viele Möglichkeiten für Café‘s, Restaurants und Bars bietet. Auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Migros & Denner) in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Due to a longer stay abroad, I am renting out my room in this charming furnished 3.5-room flat for a limited period from 01 August 2025 (or by arrangement) until at least 30 June 2026, with a possible extension. The approx. 13m2 room comes with a 180cm bed, large wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. The room is furnished with a bed and bedside table only, the bedside table and nightstand are optional.

The flat is shared with Raphi. He is 29 years old, travels every now and then and contributes to a cosy and great shared flat life. Cleanliness is important and the flat is also in a great location with excellent public transport connections (tram & bus stop Helvetiaplatz within 3 minutes walking distance) and in the lively Wiedikon district, which offers many opportunities for cafés, restaurants and bars. Also various shopping facilities (Migros & Denner) within 2 minutes walking distance.

The flat offers a pleasant atmosphere and is ideally suited for a single person looking for stylish, furnished temporary accommodation.
