We are looking for a new tenant for a 20m², cozy and fully furnished room.
The rooms are very quiet and bright.
The apartment is a new building of around 140m² with large windows. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer/tumble dryer. There are also two bathrooms, a large living room, a big and well-equipped kitchen, and a balcony with a grill and seating area to enjoy the sun.

Location
The shared apartment is located in Seebach on the border with Oerlikon. The nearest shops can be reached within 5-10 minutes on foot (Coop, Migros, Denner, pharmacy, etc.). Due to the proximity to the airport, it is also very suitable for people who travel a lot.
The S-Bahn station Seebach is a 10-minute walk away, or the tram stop Seebach is a 8-minute walk away. There is a bus stop just around the corner. This means you can get to the city center quickly. To Zurich HB it’s around 20 minutes.

Shared apartment life
Maik, Márcia, Marcel and Salvatore currently live in the shared apartment. We all work. The shared apartment is very uncomplicated, we attach great importance to keeping it clean and give ourselves the freedom we need.

Other
A cleaning lady comes every week to clean the common rooms and, if necessary, your room.

An underground parking space (140 CHF) can also be rented. Otherwise, there are plenty of parking spaces (blue zone) available in front of the house.

The room furnishings needs to be taken over in whole by the new tenant (costs around 1100 CHF).

This is an international flat so we would like to have people that can speak also English. In addition, due to our lifestyles, we would prefer someone who is not a student.
