We’re looking for a new tenant to take over the room of our roommate, Eszti, who’s moving out.

About us:
- Luca (27) - Master’s student in Electrical Engineering at ETH; enjoys reading and playing video games.
- Anton (28) - Mechanical technician in a pharmaceutical company; likes sports, outdoor activities and traveling.

About the room & flat:
- Room: 12.2 m², bright and cozy with south-east exposure.
- Available partially furnished or empty - whatever works for you.
- The apartment is spacious, with a large terrace and a lovely view.
- Two bathrooms (yes, that’s a blessing 😅).
- Kitchen with plenty of storage and a dishwasher.

Location:
We’re about 5 minutes from Coop and Migros, and only 2 minutes from the train station, which has excellent connections to both Zurich and Baden.

Move in date:
Immediately or by arrangement.
