I am leaving this nice room in a shared flat near Buccheggplatz with three other young working professionals (3 boys - ~25 yo); The flat is recent, well connected to HB, Oerlikon, Langstrasse, Wiedikon, and has enough space for its 4 inhabitants (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 balcony/outdoor spaces, 1 big living room/kitchen, 1 laundry room);

I will be leaving on March 1st 2026 and would like to find someone to take over my
furnished
room (bed + mattress, desk, clothes drawer as part of the furniture).

The rent + wifi + cleaning lady would be around 1350 CHF per month.
