The apartment is in an excellent location, only 15 minutes to Zurich HB by tram or car, 5 minutes to the lake by public transport, and around 20 minutes walking distance.
The apartment features a large shared bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with basic furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. The building was fully restored in 2024, and there is also a small shared balcony.
Please note that the building does not have an elevator.
You will be sharing the apartment with two other rooms: 2 girls how are studying and working.
