Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Jorg-Jenatsch-Strasse 6 in Davos Dorf. Mit dem Fahrrad
benotigt man etwa 10 Minuten oder mit dem Bus 20 Minuten bis zum AO. Zur SIAF sind es
ungefaahr 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder 15 Minuten mit dem Bus.
In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man einen Migros (geoffnet bis 20:00 Uhr) sowie einen Coop
Pronto (geoffnet bis 22:00 Uhr). Die nachste Bushaltestelle heisst Dischmasstrasse und liegt
nur 2–3 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Fur Skibegeisterte ist die Parsennbahn in 8 Minuten zu
Fuss erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig mobliert, ebenso das verfugbare Zimmer. Es gibt 2 separate
Toiletten, 1 Dusche und einen sehr grosszugigen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit einer offenen
Kuuhe, die direkt an den Ess- und Wohnraum anschliesst. Zur Wohnung gehoren ausserdem
agemeinsame Waschkuche, einen Skiraum und einen Wachseraum.
Du wurdest mit zwei Mitbewohnern zusammenleben: Juan (Doktorand an der SIAF) und
Martin (Physiotherapeut im Davos Fitness, ursprunglich aus Davos).
Die monatliche Miete fur das Zimmer betragt 814 CHF, zuzuglich Stromkosten, die separat
bezahlt werden. Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. Marz 2026 verfugbar.

The apartment is located at Jorg-Jenatsch-Strasse 6 in Davos Dorf. It’s about a 10-minute
bike ride or 20-minute bus ride to AO, and around 20 minutes by bike or 15 minutes by bus
to SIAF. Within a 5-minute walk, there is a Migros (open until 8:00 PM) and a Coop Pronto
(open until 10:00 PM). The nearest bus stop is called Dischmasstrasse and is only 2–3
minutes from the house. For those who like skiing, the Parsennbahn is just an 8-minute
walk from the apartment.
The apartment is fully furnished, and the available room is also furnished. There are 2
separate toilets, 1 shower, and a very spacious common area with an open kitchen directly
connected to the dining and living room. The apartment also includes a garage, an outdoor
parking space, and a cellar. A shared laundry room, ski room, and wax room are available in
the building.
You would be living with two flatmates: Juan (PhD student at SIAF) and Martin
(physiotherapist at Davos Fitness, originally from Davos).
The monthly rent for the room is 814 CHF, plus electricity costs, which are paid separately.
The room will be available from the 1 st of March 2026.
