Befristetes WG Zimmer in einer 3.5 Zi Wohnung (2er WG) bis mindestens Ende Juni 2026, mit möglicher Verlängerung (1-2 Monate) zur Untermiete.

Das Zimmer hat ca. 15 qm, die Wohnung ca. 70 qm inkl. Balkon, Wohnzimmer und ein Kellerabteil. Die Küche ist modern und hat eine Spülmaschine. Der Waschturm ist im Keller und wird mit ca 6 anderen Parteien geteilt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer hervorragenden, lebendigen Lage, mitten im Kreis 3 zwischen Kalkbreite, Lochergut und dem Goldbrunnenplatz, und zeitgleich in einer ruhigen und verkehrsarmen Nebenstrasse.

Wir suchen eine*n Mitbewohner*in, die mein Zimmer bis Ende Juni übernimmt. Uns ist wichtig, dass du das Leben geniesst, offen und unkompliziert bist, gerne mal für einen Schwatz oder ein gemeinsames Essen zu haben bist, aber auch deine Privatsphäre schätzt.

Glen (26) hat letztes Jahr seinen Master in sustainable development abgeschlossen und arbeitet seit über einem Jahr als Nachhaltigkeitsspezialist in Zürich.

Er legt Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung sowie auf ein angenehmes, aktives Zusammenleben, also keine reine Zwecks-WG. Neben der Arbeit treibt er gerne Sport, trifft sich mit Freunden und geht am Wochenende auch gerne aus.

Temporary sublet of one room in a shared 3.5-room apartment, until at least the end of June 2026 (with possible extension of 1-2 months).

The room has about 15 sqm, the apartment about 70 sqm, incl. a balcony, living room and a basement compartment. The kitchen is modern and has a dishwasher. The wash tower is in the basement and is shared with about 6 other parties.

The apartment is situated in an excellent, lively neighborhood, in the heart of trendy District 3, between Kalkbreite, Lochergut, and Goldbrunnenplatz, while also being on a quiet, low-traffic side street.

We are looking for a roommate who will take over my room until the end of June. It is important to us that you enjoy life, are open-minded and uncomplicated, like to have a chat or a meal together from time to time, but also appreciate your privacy.

Glen completed his Master’s degree in sustainable development last year and has been working as a sustainability specialist in Zurich for over a year.
Cleanliness and order are important to him, as well as a pleasant, active style of co-living, this is no pure purposed flat-sharing opportunity.

In addition to work, he likes to do sports, meet with friends and also likes to go out on the weekend.
