The kitchen, bathroom, and a large (15m2) storage room on the same floor is shared with the other tenant, and the building also has a shared garden for parties and grilling. It's at a very central location with restaurants, bars and many shops in walking distance.

Zürich HB is 15 minutes by public transport and 10 minutes by bike. Industriequartier is just 10 minutes and ETH/UZH main campus is 30 minutes by public transport. There is also a large coop just 5 minutes on foot.

Unfurnished, but the bed and mattress can optionally be bought.
