it is a 3 room appartment with toilet seperate from the bathroom. there will be a living room with balcony. the furniture you see in the picture is from the previous tenant. as i just moved in this month its not fully furnished yet.



im looking for a (preferably) queer person that also likes their home to be tidy clean cosy and pretty and is ready to some put time and energy into their home and their relationship with their flatmate✨



i sometimes take care of my familys tiny poodle (dog) shes called Pipa :) shes still quite young and still has to learn a lot but shes the best. so if you dont like dogs, this wont be the place for you.



im longing for a flatmate that doesnt just need a room but wants to build a home. wants to cook together also take care of eachother and spend time together.

but also has their life and their rhythm.

i d like to try to have a balance between taking time for eachother but also creating a space where there is no pressure to be anything except respectful as it should be in your home.



one admin thing: there needs to be paid a deposit of 1800.-



the appartment is not wheelchair accessible. its on the first floor, there is a elevator but unfortunately there are some stairs to get to it.
