14m² bedroom in a shared flat :) August 2025

Hey there, future flatmate!
I’m looking for someone to sub-rent a 14m² bedroom in my cozy 85m² flat starting August 1st.
Location: Hubertus!
A bit about me:
I’m 29 (F), French, working in account management, and pretty normal Monday to Friday (emails, meetings, existential dread, you know the vibe).
I do home-office twice a week, and I travel sometimes on weekends, but when I’m home, I love doing some sport, chilling on the couch, sharing a homemade dinner, preferably with some good tunes in the background.
I also enjoy going out from time to time, day parties, nights out and city trips!
A few facts about the flat life:


* Music is part of the package. I love having it playing in the background
* I enjoy occasional dinner with friends, or apéro on the balcony in summer, but mostly like to have a quiet and peaceful life within the flat!
* The flat is fully furnished, except your room, so bring your own bed/vibe/decor (I do have a wardrobe I could let you!)
* We’ve got a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and even extra storage space in the basement
* I’m looking for someone:
* Around my age (ideally between 26–33)
* Could be male or female – good vibes > gender
* Quiet-ish but fun, someone who can enjoy a quiet evening but also knows how to laugh
* Clean and respectful, but not militant about it
* Rent is CHF 1,600/ month, utilities included (except internet)
* Available from August 1st
