Ich suche per 01.10.2025 einen neuen Mitbewohner*in für gemütliche WG in Wädenswil mit Alpenblick.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 m2 gross, hell, mit Parkettboden und Aussicht auf den See.

* Moderne Küche mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler
* Wohnzimmer zum Chillen
* Bad mit WC und Badewanne
* Zusätzlich separates WC
* Homeoffice-Möglichkeit
* Gute ÖV-Anbindung (2 min zur Bushaltestelle)
* Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Aldi, Coop, Migros und Ottos


Zu mir:
Ich bin 33(m), unkompliziert, gesellig und oft unterwegs. Beruflich arbeite ich als Multimedia Producer, studiere berufsbegleitend im Master Business Innovation und tanze leidenschaftlich Salsa & Bachata.


Zu dir:
Du bist offen, zuverlässig, bringst gute Laune mit und hast Lust, das WG-Leben entspannt und harmonisch zu gestalten. Looking for a flatmate for shared apartment

From October 1, 2025, I’m looking for a new flatmate for cozy shared apartment in Wädenswil.
The room is about 12 m2, bright, with parquet flooring and a view of the lake.

* 3.5 rooms, total 102 m2
* Modern kitchen with oven and dishwasher
* Living room to relax and hang out
* Bathroom with toilet and bathtub
* Additional separate toilet
* Option to work from home
* Good public transport connection (2 min to the bus stop)
* Several shops nearby: Aldi, Coop, Migros, and Ottos


About me:

I’m 33 (m), easygoing, sociable, and often out and about. Professionally, I work as a multimedia producer, study part-time for a Master’s in Business Innovation, and I’m passionate about dancing Salsa & Bachata.
