I am a single 33 year old English Kindergarten teacher with a dog, Winnie, and a cat, Penny. I am looking for someone to rent my upstairs spare room.

It is very spacious (about 40-50sqm) with a small storage room. It can easily be used as a little studio, with an office space and/or living room space with a bed. I'm currently using it as my TV/entertainment room. But all of the furniture will be moved out for the new tenant to make the room however they'd like.

The apartment is two floors with the spare room being upstairs with it's own private bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is very spacious with two large balconies. The kitchen has a lot of storage and counter space. There are 3 bathrooms, a private one for each tenant and a third for guest use.

On the top floor has the spare room, bathroom, shared storage, my home gym (you are welcome to use), and my pottery space.
Downstairs is the kitchen, dining, living room, and my bedroom, as well as the two balconies.

On the ground floor is a washer and dryer for the building. We do not have set days, you can do laundry whenever. There is also a bike storage room and a small cellar for the apartment.

I am gone Monday to Friday all day for work and my pets stay at home. I am looking for someone who is comfortable living with pets. They are both very friendly and well behaved. I will have a dog walker come on some days to take Winnie out.
