Ich werde die nächsten 2 Jahre viel am Reisen sein und werde deshalb meine wunderschöne und möblierte 3.5 Zimmer Wohnung untervermieten bis Januar 2027.
Die 3.5 Zimmerwohnung eignet sich als 2er WG
Die WG wird neu gegründet, wenn du also jemanden kennst, der / die ebenfalls einzihen möchte, kann man sich gerne auch zu zweit bewerben.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt beim Bahnhof Altstetten (4 Minuten zu Fuss)
Eins der beiden Schlafzimmer hat einen Balkon
Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind riesig (könnten auch als Wohnzimmer genutzt werden)
Die Möbel (hauptsächlich IKEA) sind in neuem Zustand und die Matratzen sind neu
Die Küche ist ebenfalls frisch renoviert und neu
Die Bilder auf den Fotos sind Beispielbilder von der Verwaltung.

2 very spacious and bright shared rooms available
I will be traveling a lot over the next 2 years and will therefore be renting out my beautiful and furnished 3.5 room apartment until January 2027.
The 3.5 room apartment is suitable as a shared apartment for 2 people
The shared apartment is newly founded, if you know someone who would also like to move in, you are welcome to apply as a pair.
The flat is right next to Altstetten train station (4 minutes on foot)
One of the two bedrooms has a balcony
The two bedrooms are huge (could also be used as a living room)
The furniture (mainly IKEA) is in new condition and the mattresses are new
The kitchen is also freshly renovated and new
The pictures in the photos are example pictures from the administration.
