is in a bright, modern shared apartment, on the uppermost (4th) floor.

Underground parking spaces can be rented additionally.
We’re looking for a friendly and considerate person to join our flat — ideally a student or young professional. We usually communicate in English, so it would be great if you’re comfortable with that (though it’s not a strict requirement).
We’re three students, we’re a relaxed and easygoing group who enjoy a calm and friendly living environment.

Everyone has their own rhythm. We study, work, and pursue our interests, but we also like to hang out together occasionally for a chat. The atmosphere in the flat is quiet and respectful, making it a comfortable space to unwind after the day.
