In einer 2er-WG wird zum 1. Juli 2024 ein Zimmer (19.1m2) frei. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Wohnung wurde 2021 renoviert. In der Küche gibt es einen großen Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, einen Steamer, einen Backofen und eine Spülmaschine. Das Bad ist nicht riesig, aber es hat eine große Dusche und eine Waschmaschine und einen Tumbler. Bei meinem Zimmer gibt es einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem man gemütlich zu zweit sitzen kann und den du gerne mitbenutzen kannst. Außerdem gibt es noch einen größeren Balkon mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und ruhig für die Stadt.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch ideal. Du befindest dich genau zwischen Klus- und Hegibachplatz und bist somit optimal an den ÖV angebunden (Tram 3, 8, 11, Forchbahn oder Bus 31, 33). Zu Fuss bist du in max. 15 min am See. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in max. 5 min zu Fuss erreichbar.

Ich (Nadine) bin 28 Jahre alt, arbeite in einer Kreativagentur und studiere nebenbei Wirtschaftspsychologie. Ich reise so oft es geht und bin daher auch regelmäßig am Wochenende unterwegs. Ich genieße aber auch die Zeit zu Hause und koche gerne lecker, experimentiere mit neuen Drinks oder schalte ab und zu bei einer Serie/Film ab.

Die Nebenkosten sind in der Miete noch nicht eingerechnet. (inkl. Serafe, Internet etc. wären das ca. CHF 250p.p/Monat - aber das können wir ja zusammen schauen).

A room (19.1m2) will be available in a shared apartment for 2 people on July 1, 2024. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary. The apartment was renovated in 2021. In the kitchen there is a large fridge and freezer, a steamer, an oven and a dishwasher. The bathroom is not huge, but it has a large shower and a washing machine and tumble dryer. My room has a small balcony where you can sit comfortably as a couple and which you are welcome to use. There is also a larger balcony with a cozy seating area. The apartment is very bright and quiet for the city.

The location of the apartment is also ideal. You are right between Klusplatz and Hegibachplatz and therefore have excellent public transport connections (streetcar 3, 8, 11, Forchbahn or bus 31, 33). You can walk to the lake in max. 15 minutes. Shopping facilities are also within 5 minutes walking distance.

I (Nadine) am 28 years old, work in a creative agency and study business psychology on the side. I travel as often as I can and am therefore regularly on the road at weekends. But I also enjoy my time at home and like to cook delicious meals, experiment with new drinks or switch off with a series/movie from time to time.

The utilities aren't included in the rent (incl. serafe, internet etc. that would be about CHF 250p.p/month - but we can have a look together).
