Spacious 19m2 room available in a cozy attic flat with a huge terrace


We’ve been living in this beautiful, rustic attic apartment with 6.5 rooms since 2020.
We are a shared flat (WG) of 3–4 people, and currently we have a 19 m² room available, to start inmediately.

The rent covers the room and house expenses. This price is calculated for 3 people, but when we host a 4th person it will be decreased in around 200-300 CHF/month. We usually host temporary students or workes in the area.

The terrace is exclusively for us residents and is very large (160 m²) — perfect for relaxing or spending time outdoors.The apartment also has its own washing machine and dryer, and everything you need for daily life is already here, except for your room (which is unfurnished).

The flat is located on the second floor of a building that has some office spaces but no other apartments, making it a very quiet place to live!

A parking place is also available if neccesary (extra cost of 50 CHF/month)


Location & transport:

Döttingen train station is about 15 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by bus.

The nearest bus stop is only 2–3 minutes away.

Baden and Brugg can be reached within 20–30 minutes by public transport or car.

In the village you’ll find several restaurants, a Coop, a post office, and a pharmacy.

In Döttingen, 15 min walking, there are also Migros, Denner, Otto’s, and other shops.


About us:

We’re Juan (35) from Spain and Nico (29) from Switzerland, the two main tenants.
We enjoy going out, having barbecues or game nights, spending time with friends by the river, or simply relaxing at home.
We also like sports, video games, good beer, and hosting dinners with friends.
Our circle of friends is very international, and we love meeting new people from different backgrounds.

We’d be happy to have you join our activities or introduce us to your friends — but of course, it’s totally fine if you prefer to have your own space.
The flat is big enough for all! 😄
