The two communicating rooms offer a bright, spacious and private area within a beautiful apartment surrounded by greenery in Bruderholz.

The apartment is very well connected while still feeling peaceful and close to nature. The tram stop and Coop are only about 100 metres away, and Basel SBB and the Gundeli area can be reached in around 10 minutes by tram.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me, Letizia, a startup founder working in food and health, and a lover of yoga, nature, movement and music. Miguel also lives here, in a separate room located outside the main apartment, along the staircase, so he only shares the bathroom with us.

I’m looking for a conscious, respectful and positive person who also value home as a tranquil nest to return to and to inhabit with care.

The apartment itself is bright and spacious, with a beautiful terrace and plenty of green around it. It offers the feeling of being slightly removed from the intensity of the city while remaining very close and well connected to central Basel.

I’d love to create a home atmosphere based on mutual respect, warmth, open communication and consideration for each other’s rhythms and space. There is room for spontaneous time together while also respecting independence, privacy and quiet time.

If you, like me, love to be close to nature, to live in a peaceful and bright home, and still be in the very city centre within a quick bike/ tram ride, this might be the best choice to have it all😊
