We are looking for a sub-tenant to share our 3-bedroom apartment at Hardturmstrasse (Zurich 5) for 3 months.
The apartment is very nice. It's large with a big common area with high ceilings, a large terrace, and located in a calm area next to the Limmat river. It is located right next to the tram lines 8 and 17, with access to the main station in 15 minutes. A Zuri bike station is also at the tram station. And groceries (coop, migros, lidl, and spar) are also less than 5 minutes away.

You will have your own fully furnished bedroom, and private bathroom

The cost per month includes electricity, internet and a cleaning lady once per week.
Pets are not allowed, smoking is allowed in external space.
You will share a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room where 8 people can fit in, a living room with a pool table, a TV area with different video games, and a terrasse with a BBQ to enjoy outside meal and sun. A cellar is available with some space if you need storage, and there is space for bicycles too.
You will be sharing this flat with a very nice couple Andrew (35 M.) and Karin (38. F).
Andrew is a radiologist who loves wine, good food, exercise and video games. Karin is a scientist who loves dancing, traveling, and discovering/meeting new things and people. They both speak English and French (Karin also speaks German and Italian). If you think this could be a good match, we would be happy to meet you for a visit :)
