From the 1st of January, we, Thomas 🇩🇪 (27), Nihad 🇨🇭 (32) and Aylwin 🇸🇪 (30) are looking from a new flat mate to take over the 4th room in our lovely flat. The flat is located near Hardplatz (10 Min. from HB). It’s a spacious two floor flat and We have our own 360 degree rooftop terrace with a view over Zurich.
Your room measure around 10m2 (mostly furnished, to be discussed) , for the price of 1025.- a month. You would share the bathroom with only one person, Nihad.
We are very openminded and easygoing, uncomplicated and we enjoy gathering around for a glass of wine, a dinner or BBQ on the rooftop from time to time but also respect everyone privacy and alone-time. We would privilege someone who either is Swiss or has a C Permit in order to be on the contract.
