WG-Zimmer in Wiedikon mit Flair

Ich suche einen neuen Mitbewohner (m/w/d), der mit mir eine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung, mit Kamin, Stuckaturen und Fischgrätparkett-Böden in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse in Wiedikon teilt.



Das Zimmer ist in etwa 15m2 gross und unmöbliert, ansonsten ist die Wohnung komplett ausgestattet und eingerichtet, bin aber offen für Veränderungen. :)



Ich suche jemanden der ebenfalls einen aktiven Lifestyle pflegt und ein unkompliziertes und ordentliches zusammenleben schätzt. Mal gemeinsam WG-Leben geniessen und trotzdem genügend Freiraum ist mir wichtig und ich hoffe dir auch? Eine gute Balance eben.



Zu mir: Ich bin Zürcher, 34 Jahre alt und habe einen sportlichen und aktiven Lifestyle, am liebsten draussen aber trainiere auch öfters daheim. Von Surfen, über Fahrradfahren, Klettern, bis Wandern oder Skifahren ist alles dabei. Ansonsten koche ich gerne, arbeite im Marketing und nimms gerne auch mal gemütlich auf dem Sofa.



Zusätzlich fallen monatlich für Serafe, Internet, Versicherung, Infrastruktur, Strom etc. CHF 120 an. Ich übernehme die ganze Administration und kümmer mich darum.

I am looking for a new roommate (m/f/d) to share a beautiful old building apartment with me, featuring a fireplace, stucco decorations, and herringbone parquet floors, located on a quiet side street in Wiedikon.



The room is approximately 15m² in size and unfurnished, although the rest of the apartment is fully equipped and furnished. I am open to changes. :)



I'm seeking someone who also maintains an active lifestyle and values a straightforward and tidy cohabitation. It's important to me to sometimes enjoy shared apartment life while still having enough personal space, and I hope it is for you too? A good balance, essentially.



About me: I'm from Zurich, 34 years old, and live a sporty and active lifestyle, mostly outdoors but often train at home. From surfing, cycling, and climbing, to hiking or skiing, I do it all. Otherwise, I enjoy cooking, work in marketing, and sometimes like to relax on the sofa.



On top there will be a fixed extra charge for serafe, electricity, internet, insurance, infrastructure etc. of CHF 120. I'll do the admin part, so it's easy for both of us.
