The room is 17m2 with shared kitchen, living-room and two bathrooms. It has a large window and light parquet floor.
The bed + mattress (bought 01.01.24), wardrobe and bedside cabinet are for sale. The couch belongs to the wg.

The room is in a 5.5 room apartment (139m2) on the 1st floor. The apartment has a large living/dining room, kitchen, and spacious balcony. On it you can have a barbecue or do yoga in the summer. We have two bathrooms, one with bathtub. The washing machine/tumbler is in the basement and is shared in the house. There is also plenty of storage space in the cellar.
The apartment is in a green location in Oerlikon (5 minutes by bus to Oerlikon train station). Shopping facilities such as Coop, Aldi, bakery, are within 5 minutes walking distance.
There is the possibility to rent a parking space in the garage for 150 CHF/month.
We are:
Between the ages 24-32 and we study and work. Sofia (Italian) is finishing her master degree in psychology at the university of Zurich and enjoys exploring cities, coffee, film watching, reading and cooking with friends. Pascal (German) is doing also his master in psychology at the university of Zurich and enjoys different sport activities. Tobias (German) is a consultant, has lived in China and Portugal, and enjoys surfing, tennis and a wide range of outdoor activities. We are open-minded, very respectful and as we often work from home, enjoy spending time together in the flat.

We are looking for:
We are looking for someone respectful, positive and somebody who enjoys WG life. We often cook/grill together, have coffee, going for hikes and play table tennis matches ;) Preferably we are interested in someone working full time and looking for a long term accomodation, who would eventually be able to overtake the role of main tenant.
