I’m currently looking for someone to take over my room in our shared flat (WG) starting from Mid February or 1st March, 2026. (Flexible date) Currently living in the WG are Jasem (28), Kristina (25), and Michael (28).Jasem is a high school teacher. Kristina is working in the tourism sector, and Michael works in auditing. They are looking for someone between 24 and 30 years old who would like to join this nice and spacious flat. Whether you're a student or already working, they are looking for an outgoing personality with a good sense of humor and strong character. Great importance is placed on open communication, support, and fun! The rent is 1085 CHF per month, and utilities are 35 CHF (including internet, electricity, Serafe, insurance, etc.). There’s a shared laundry room in the basement used by all residents in the building. Additionally, a parking spot in the garage can be rented through the building management if needed.

About the room and rental contract: The room is 19m2 and located in Leutschenbach. The room has its own private balcony. It is connected to the shared balcony but others are not allowed to use it. There are two bathrooms in the flat, so you will be sharing the bathroom with only one person. Public transport connections to Oerlikon are excellent, with a bus running every 5 minutes to Oerlikon Ost station (Zürich, Riedbach). You can reach Zurich Main Station (HB) within 15 minutes. The neighborhood is vert green and quite, and the room gets a lot of light. Migros is nearby just 5 minutes walk, further away you can reach a coop and an Aldi in 10 min walk. The security deposit is three months rent and must be paid before moving in.

Since I’m moving into my new place on March, it would be ideal if you could move at the end of February or March.

The room will be empty of furniture. One bed, matress and small wardrobe could be selled so cheap if you need.
