I am renting out a room of 12m2 in a 60m2 flat with 310 cm in ceiling height. The room of 12m2 has wardrobes included but not a bed.

Flexible moving-in date, from 1st november or at the latest December 2023.

It would also be willing to rent out the room for less than full-time, for example, only on weekdays for commuters.

The room I am renting out has a bed and two wardrobes in the picture. I would move the bed and 2 out of 3 wardrobes into the room I would sleep in, so that is not included. The room I am and renting out have a built in wardrobe and no other furniture
